Our most unique product, Liberty Pole Peated Bourbon combines the world of Peated Scotches with American Bourbons.  We mash a heavily peated barley with our Bloody Butcher corn to create a smoky, yet sweet, whiskey.  Aged in new American White Oak barrels, this is an incredibly complex and enjoyable whiskey!
