Liberty Pole Spirits Rye Whiskey

We make this from local rye, soften it with wheat, pot-distill it, and age it in new oak charred barrels until it is mellow and spicy and can make a rebel cocktail.

 

61% Rye

13% Wheat

13% Rye Malt

13% Barley Malt

Our pot-distilled rye whiskey balances nicely on the nose with hints of caramel, oak, citrus, and pine.  Upon tasting it, you'll experience vibrant peppery notes along with grassy liveliness. The spicy, yet buttery, finish will leave you wanting more. 

 

In other words... it tastes darn good.
