Rhum Agricole is a type of rum made from fresh sugarcane juice as opposed to the molasses that most rums are made from. We think this pairs perfectly with our Rye. Our first release of this sat in the Rhum barrel for a litte over a year, whereas this sat in the other Rhum barrel for almost two years! So it is a bit richer, though not overpowering!
