Come join us on Tuesday, December 30th for a Pre-New-Years-Eve Whiskey and Culinary Experience! We’ll be hosting a 5-course whiskey tasting menu that highlights incredible culinary flavors with perfectly paired whiskey cocktails. The Chef-Curated dinner will be from 6-8:30pm on Tuesday, December 30th – a perfect lead into the New Year! Tickets for the dinner experience will be $140 per person (which includes 18% Gratuity and 6% Sales Tax). Reserve your spot with a $50 deposit! Pairing Menu Welcome Bite: Bloody Butcher Johnnycake: Foie Gras Ganache, Fig, Duck Cracklins Cocktail: Pomme Trachante - Rye, Apple and Brown Sugar Syrup, Ginger Beer Course 1: Bread, Butter & Brodo: Warm House Rye Bread, Cultured Butter, Savory Brodo Cocktail: Boulivardier with Pineapple-Infused PA Vermouth Course 2: Spicy Tuna Tartare: Crispy Carolina Gold Rice, Bourbon-Barrel Aged Soy Cocktail: Merry Martha - Orange and Cranberry Juices with our Amaretto Course 3: Delice de Bourgogne Fondue Ravioli: Roasted Maitake Mushrooms, Sage Brown Butter, Prosciutto Cocktail: Hyeonmi Liqueur Spritz - Brown Rice infused simple in Rye with Club Soda Course 4: Rye Whiskey–Aged New York Strip: Rye Whiskey Au Poivre, Truffled Celery Root Terrine Cocktail: Black Manhanttan – Peated Bourbon with Amaro Course 5: Dark Chocolate Crémeux: Rye Crumble, Cherry Bounce Cherries Cocktail: Irish espresso with Foamed Heavy Cream
