Bradford's Louisiana Punch

Because of the time required to ripen pineapples could be shipped over the mountains and were commonly attain by the whiskey rebels. We use these pineapples to create a truly refreshing cocktail. The bassett town pairs perfectly with the sweet and tart pineapple juice with a slight hint of ginger from the syrup to create one of our favorite Summer time cocktails.

Bradford's Louisiana Punch

1-1/2 oz. Bassett Town

1-1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice

1 oz. Ginger simple syrup

3/4 oz. Lime Juice

Directions

Shake on Ice

Strain into Hurricane Glass

Fill with Ice

Garnish with Lime slice
