This aromatic, floral, bright, cocktail is a great summer refresher you can enjoy daily.


Catfish Crick

2 oz. peated bourbon

1 oz. elderflower liqueur

1 oz. ginger beer

3 spritz of absinthe


Directions

Stir on ice. Strain into Small Highball Glass. Garnish with dried lemon.
