Who would've ever guessed a cocktail with spiced whiskey and lime would work as well as it does. The heavy spices work perfectly with the tart citrus, always one of the staff's favorites.
2 oz. LPS Rye
½ oz. Spiced Whiskey
½ oz. Roses Lime Juice
½ oz. Brown Sugar Simple Syrup*
2 drops Angostura Bitters
Shake on ice.
Strain into Nick & Nora Glass.
Add ice and garnish with a lime peel.
Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
1 cup water 1-1/2 cup brown sugar
Boil to dissolve sugar and refrigerate until use.
