To delope means to purposely miss your opponent in a duel to avoid conflict- a sorta juxtaposition, much like this cocktail which is a wonderful contrast between sweet and spicy. The mango Juice brings a nice refreshing sweetness and the Red chili syrup adds a lingering spice. This a Great Summer time drink!
Mango Delope
1-1/2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Mango Liquer
1 oz. Mango Juice
1 oz. Spicy red chili syrup
Directions
Shake on ice
Strain into Mint Julep glass
Fill with ice
Garnish with dried red pepper
