Old Manse Watermelon Highball

A twist on a classic Liberty Pole cocktail, this is a perfect summertime drink!
Ingredients
2 oz. Liberty Pole Corn Whiskey
3 oz. Watermelon Mix*
2 oz. Club Soda
Watermelon Mix:
12 oz. Fresh Watermelon Puree
7 oz. Mint Simple Syrup
2 oz. Lemon Juice
Directions:
Shake all but the club soda on ice. Strain into a tall highball glass. Add club soda, ice, and stir. Garnish with a mint leaf and blueberries. Enjoy!
