As seen on our Top 5 Fall Cocktails, this one can be taken up a notch by smoking the cocktail under a beautiful glass dome.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Liberty Pole Peated Bourbon Bourbon
1 oz. Dark Amaro (Like Averna)
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 Dash of Orange Bitters
Stir all the ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled glass. We really like this small Nick & Nora glass.
For an added bonus, light some wood chips on fire and all to smoke the cocktail under a glass dome. Be careful, though!!
