As seen on our Top 5 Fall Cocktails, how could this have not made the list?!
Inspired by a love of S'Mores, this cocktail is an awesome balance of smoke, chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers.
Recipe:
2 oz. Graham Crax Peated Bourbon*
1 oz. Creme de Cacao
2 drops of Angostura Bitters
Directions: Stir ingredients on ice and strain into a rocks glass rimmed with chocolate sauce and graham cracker crumbs. Add 1 large ice cube. Toast a large marshmallow over an open flame for garnish and enjoy!
*To make Graham Crax Peated Bourbon, mix (1) 750 mL bottle of Peated Bourbon with (1) pack of crushed graham crackers. Let soak for several hours and strain.
