On a hot day, this iced chai tea drink is the perfect way to cool down. Peated Bourbon pairs excellent with the spiced chai. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 oz. Liberty Pole Peated Bourbon
2 oz. Chai Tea simple syrup
3/4 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
5 drop of vanilla extract
Directions
Shake on Ice
Strain into short Highball glass
Fill with Ice
Garnish with Lem
Chai Tea Simple Syrup
1 part strong chai tea
1/2 part sugar
Let tea bags soak in water all day. Bring tea to a boil, add sugar and heat until sugar dissolves. Let cool before using.
