We are a grain to glass distillery located in Washington, Pennsylvania – home of the Whiskey Rebellion. Our aim is to pay tribute to the farmers who resisted the Excise Tax and helped shape part of America’s history. We do so by recounting their stories and producing whiskey on a traditional pot still.
Sharing the intricacy and uniqueness of craft spirits is also very important to us. We do this by highlighting the drinkability whiskey through the art of craft cocktails. This blog will be a platform for sharing our most beloved recipes and the stories that accompany them. We hope you enjoy!
